Carlisle Authorized Applicator “Perfect 10”!
To Whom It May Concern;
This letter is to confirm that Specialized Roofing Co., Inc. of North Billerica, MA is a Carlisle Authorized Applicator in good standing.
Since becoming an Authorized Applicator, Specialized Roofing Co., Inc. has installed approximately 3.5 million square feet of warranted single-ply membrane and has achieved 225 “Perfect 10” roof inspections.
Project Profiles: Hospitality and Entertainment
The Shriners Building Committee was looking for the most durable, long-lasting, low-maintenance roof available. Specialized Roofing and the Beacon Supply rep group put together specifications and a proposal and presented them to the Shriners Building Committee. After reviewing its options, the committee chose Specialized Roofing and a 90-mil black EPDM roof system with a 30-year warranty.
Jack’s Retirement
After more than 21 years of loyal service, Jack Ready has retired. We all celebrated with a retirement party for Jack. Jack will be greatly missed as an outstanding roofer but also as a great guy.
